Nice and clean room there housekeeper and front desk manager jay they are super. We going to Florida but it was to late so we diced to stay in rockingham so we went to quality inn its next door but we don't like there room the service they provide so we came to RED ROOF INN ROCKINGHAM jay was so cool and calm person he did my stay better and there housekeeper doing good job we surprised that this red roof inn it's better then choice hotels. We definitely come back whenever we passing tru or come in this area. Thank you to jay and there housekeeper we enjoyed it
During my husband's three-week work assignment in Rockingham, NC, last July, we lodged at the Red Roof Inn, courtesy of his employer. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. It was clear that the motel had recently undergone renovations, as our room was freshly painted and maintained impeccable cleanliness. The front desk attendant Tiffany, demonstrated exceptional hospitality, providing us with valuable information on local amenities, including nearby stores, businesses, and restaurants. We highly recommend this motel for its comfort, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.
Stayed here back in the beginning of October. Definitely will stay here again anytime I'm in town or passing through Staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. It was more than obvious the housekeepers take pride in their work and work hard at keeping the rooms extremely clean.and smelling good. Beds were very comfortable. I believe the housekeepers names were Desiree and Sierra. Good job ladies! It's obvious u take pride in your work! I'll definitely be back.
Traveling with a Siberian Husky isn't always easy, but the staff here was incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to give me a room in a location where we wouldn't disturb other guests, which was a huge relief. My dog was a bit vocal due to being in an unfamiliar place, and the team was very understanding and patient about his howling.
Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They really care about their property and guests. The owner seems to be a little younger, eager to provide a beautiful comfortable place to stay, and cares greatly about the satisfaction of the guests. Room was very comfortable and beautifully done. Nothing was sloppy about paint, caulking, or the floors. Very clean and comfortable.
Pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful with my need to change rooms. Everything was fine in the room. Good value.
Rooms are neat & clean. Staff customer service is top notch. Beds & pillows are clean and very comfortable. Jay that works the front desk is the best. Also, hotel is in the right spot if you don't want to be seen.
Great Clean Rooms and Comfy bed. Came through town for work reasons. Had a great night's rest at the Red Roof Inn. I was solo and felt safe at the property. Management is keeping a close eye on the property, and it shows.
